The US Military has been functioning for years on TRICARE and prior to that CHAMPUS. If the Non Affordable Care Act mirrored what the Gov has already been doing for years, this would be a non issue. Unfortunatly some Demigogue *cough*Obama*cough* had to get involved and the entire ideal was corrupte...

Good luck proving that..."We hold that the sender of a text message can potentially be liable if an accident is caused by texting, but only if the sender knew or had special reason to know that the recipient would view the text while driving and thus be distracted," the court said.

What I still can't wrap my imagination around is this: Man A is in possession of a concealed firearm (FL does not have an open carry law). Said firearm is in a hip holster that Man A wears near his right back pocket. Man B is a well known fighter and is attacking Man A from a mounted posistion. Man ...

I picked up the Razr HD Maxx, might want to look into that for size. 32GB internal +32GB Micro SD. Damn near indestructable as it is made with kevlar and has gorilla glass that I cannot scratch (no screen protector and it has been put in the same pocket with my keys). Battery life is insane as well.

Saw this in 3D over the weekend. The movie is beautiful to watch and the story line is alright. How they are going to stretch this small book out into 3 movies is going to be interesting. I imagine there is going to be a lot of "new" content added. For what it was, this is a great movie an...

I played it off and on with my son (who is 11 and loved the game). It had several very strong points and not so many weak points. It just could not compare to the WoW super giant so it went FTP but they screwed that up pretty bad and that is where they lost most of the player base. DC Online is doin...

I have been holding onto my upgrade for awhile now. Still using the Droid 2.2 and wanting the Razr HD. If the rumor mill is valid, it should be finally releasing in October, which is shitty marketing imo since the crapple 5 will be out in September and Moto needs to push before them.

I guess it vastly depends on what region you are from as to what vernacular you utilize. I happen to pronounce do, due, and dew all the exact same. That does not mean that I have not heard due pronounced like Jew with a D and likewise with dew. More so the further south I travel in America.
