If you are seriously considering a BL, you can go to test and try one at level 25. (Same for any class that you might be considering).

It won't have all the latest and greatest toys you would have at higher levels, but should provide a "feel" for the class.

We just moved to a new server.

Grats us on two outages in two weeks. This last one, the hard drive crashed on the server. (We were on the same server as EQ Traders and that is why they have been down as well).

Working on a back up now. Should be up again early next week.
