It's still early in production, but here's the first photo of Thor. The costume is exactly what he's pictured wearing in the comics these days, minus the helm. I like that they went with the beard for the film though. I can't wait to see him in action in a fully edited shot. http://keverian.thathapp...

I agree that mixology sounds retarded. The term's been around since at least the 1950's though, so it's pretty much here to stay. Also, 'bar tending' has been way dumb-down... lots of licensed bartenders think Margarita Mix + Tequila or Vodka + Redbull= cocktail. And 'Cocktailing' sounds like a guid...

Oh, that makes more since. I initially thought you were referring to the 180 from being forced to work with Widmore to wanting to work with him.
Yeah it is a bit puzzling to see him go from Widmore to Sayid so quickly, but don't most episodes in Lost end with big 'WTF' moments like that?

Fox owns Fantastic Four, so Marvel doesn't consider those films to be part of their film campaign. Also Chris Evans is awesome. Go see Sunshine (Danny Boyle film) if you haven't. The guy has great potential.

I enjoyed The Two Coreys on A&E, which Tyek mentioned. The show was dominated by Haim's addiction(s) and self-destructive behavior. This is sad, but I'm not surprised that it happened. Even after over 20 years of drug use, I don't think he ever truly got past the denial stages of addiction.

Completely agree with Xatrei on our defense budget. It's sad that so many people are adamantly opposed to recent stimulus spending, yet it's still taboo to question any part of the ~0.5-1 trillion dollars we spend each year towards defense.

My Alienware laptop that I got last December is apparently dead. I had some power issues the last couple of months and was too stubborn to take it in, which apparently led to further problems.
