Publicist Wesley Combs tells The Associated Press that actor Chrispopher Reeve died Sunday. He fell into a coma Saturday after going into cardiac arrest while at his New York home. He was 52

he lived a lot longer than most people who have spinal cord injuries that high on their neck live.

He accomplished more in the 8+ years since his injury arguably than he did in the 40+ years prior to that. He has done a lot to move the public debate on issues that may lead to advances for persons with acute spinal trauma.



If Bush wins this election it will be inspite of a news cycle which has just toatlly gone against him. Bremer's Iraq statement agreeing with Kerry. The CIA report saying no WMDs. Reeves dieing perpetuating the stem cell debate. Poor jobs numbers again, etc.

its enough to make Bush consider actually going to church on Sunday instead of just pretending to be a Christian.
