OUCH! Most of them probably are true. This is kind of a common occurance with most "adventurous" couples. There was a huge story in Maxim about it not too long ago. Though the therapy suggested I can't really comment on. I haven't heard anything about that.

Well excuse some of the lamen's terms and bad spelling but basically if in a state where the membrates and cells are filled with blood, it is possible to burst the walls of the cells because as it is they are in a state of high stress with exreeme amounts of blood pressure to the area. If this happens the cells surrounding the broken cell walls will be overly stressed and a blood clot will develop because of the high concentration of blood in one area where the "fracture" accoured. It's quite painful and is very possibe. Other things such as skin tags (from improper circumsisions or forskin) have also been known to tear or break and again due to high blood pressure to the area excessive blood loss may happen from something that anywhere else in your body would be a simple issue.

In reguards to why it's called a facture, it's because it A. resembles the pain of a fracture and B. usually the action that causes and injury like this is either a crushing event like penis in car door or a "break-like" action to the left or right, as if you would fracture your arm or leg and it would be twisted to the side, same thing here. The second is the most common injury.

Yeah, I understand you can hurt yourself badly.

The term fracture means a crack in a bone, which is why I asked. Lots of nurses in my family, so the term made me scratch my head a bit.

A fracture can refer to a break in anything, be it in a bone, ground, steel, etc, etc.. we're just more used to hearing about bone fractures when it comes to human anatomy. Just need to expand the borders of your mind. He broke something in his wee-wee. It was fractured.
