Don't recall him saying it was a shit sandwich. Are you wanting him to eat shit? Is this some sort of fecal fetish? Thats disgusting, you socialized medicine canadians have a lot of fucked up desires in your hedonistic culture of French, Caribou and Bad Beer. Disgusting.

No, it's just obvious that stragi eats shit. It's apparent from the constant flow of crap he's been spewing here.

A properly slow-cooked brisket is fucking phenominal. You people need to eat better food (i.e. not poutine).

Brisket is still a low quality, less desirable cut of meat. It's tough, muscle-y and generally very fatty.

The most common brisket cut is basically stew meat. It needs to be slow cooked for a long time because it's tough, chewy, almost inedible if it's not.

The better quality 'brisket' cut (front cut) is actually quite good, but wasting it in a sandwich would be idiotic. It makes a good pot roast.

It's still shitty meat. As a Heb, that's all that was served during our shitty self-hating holidays.

I guess you could force it into some kind of recipe or cover it w/ crap. However, it's still shitty meat. Jesus, even a friggen flank steak at a buck more per pound would taste worlds better in the same situation.

Tough as nails offcuts are every Chef's hard-on. Give me something I have to slow cook for 5 hours, that falls apart the moment it even sees a fork, give me my horseradish mashed potatoes, give me the juice it was cooked in reduced until naturally think... fuck man... give it to me!

I always thought it was spelled heeb.

Edit: I received the following score on my Jewish confirmation test...

Hard Hittin' Heeb
A Semitic Super Star, you wear your big, black Gentile stomping boots with pride. You slug Manischewitz straight from the bottle, and wouldn't mix a hamburger with a Milkshake even if your life depended on it. The only time you remove your yarmulke is when you're hittin' the showers (which isn't that often). You're a 100% Kosher in every sense of the word. Shabat Shalom, Motherfuckers!!!
