Interesting observation. To me, Bush seems arrogant, cocksure, and insincere when he speaks and like something a few levels lower on the evolutionary rung than you when he's . He fidgets, he's unfocused - and I sure hope that's a body armor because that's the most illfitting suit I've seen since I went to the neighbor's kids Bar Mitzvah 15 years ago.

Kerry has perhaps seemed a little smug when he's off camera, but it has to be hard not to with the W tripping over every other word like he is. The rest of it works, he gives the impression of a smart man trying to talk his neighbors out of buying the crap that the door to door salesman is feeding them. I am afraid that I do not understand: what is it about Laura Bush that you find unnerving? From what little exposure I have had to her, she seems like a nice enough woman, and appears to be a caring wife and mother. From what I recall, she has more poise than her husband.
