I'm also happy Bush isn't a complete and total fucktard tonight. I guess Town Meetings are his strong suit.

Those questions though are obviously not their own though. LOL. Listening to some of those people trying to read these questions is more painful than watching Bush speak in the last debate.

The pharmaceutical lobby must be pissing themselves with glee.

I disagree with mid. I'm listening to the debate on NPR and bush seems to be getting pwned. Less badly than last time but still pwned.

Bush WAS getting assraped. He's doing a lot better for now.

Interesting observation. To me, Bush seems arrogant, cocksure, and insincere when he speaks and like something a few levels lower on the evolutionary rung than you when he's . He fidgets, he's unfocused - and I sure hope that's a body armor because that's the most illfitting suit I've seen since I went to the neighbor's kids Bar Mitzvah 15 years ago.

Kerry has perhaps seemed a little smug when he's off camera, but it has to be hard not to with the W tripping over every other word like he is. The rest of it works, he gives the impression of a smart man trying to talk his neighbors out of buying the crap that the door to door salesman is feeding them. "No, he told you last time that this would work and it didn't, so why are you thinking about buying more products from this man?".

At least I can understand now how people say they don't know what Kerry stands for when he's being compared to the most arrogant, self righteous, stubborn man on the planet.

Ouch. Sadly for Bush supporters (which isn't the same as being conservative btw), that's the best you're going to get.

I'm afraid Bush said a shit-ton of things that can clearly name him as a god-fearing jesus nut

No, he winked at someone else earlier. I don't believe it was the blonde with the abortion question. The wink was probably directed at the guy who gave him a donation to set up a lumber company.

I took it that he was acknowledging and winking at his wife. If I was married to Laura Bush, I am sure that I would look up and wink; she seems to be a lovely woman.

If you are refering to the blonde that asked the abortion question, I believe she was on his right, which wasn't the direction he was facing at the time. I didn't think that she was that cute either. ;)

Laura Bush is frightening. Her eyes look like they've been stretched back by some industrial strength packing tape. Not to mention the vacant, could-snap-at-any-time-and-run-you-down-with-her-car stare.

Also, from the shots I saw at the beginning she was up behind the people with the questions, not up front.

I know Dregor, my post was also a joke :) My family and I were joking around that Bush was trying his best to look like a robot, keeping his facial expressions neutral since he got attacked last time for looking angry. I made a joke about his wife being a robototron. She's scary, to say the least.

I am afraid that I do not understand: what is it about Laura Bush that you find unnerving? From what little exposure I have had to her, she seems like a nice enough woman, and appears to be a caring wife and mother. From what I recall, she has more poise than her husband.

I don't remember refuting that. Please, point it out to me where I did. Welcome to the conversation Cpt. Relevance. That being said, I'd still take Hillary over Laura. The glimmer of life in her eyes makes it an easy pick over the cold, dull void that is Laura Bush. Someone plug her in, her battery's gone dead.

I have and I dislike her. Of course I am more of a fan to vocal speak your mind women - rather than the get in the kitchen and cook woman.

She does undoubtably do well in interviews, she just reminds me of a stepford wife.

rofl how typical of Winnow to ignore all that was said and just attack back. Nobody had mentioned a single word about Hillary. Nobody had claimed she looked good or anything. A statement was made about Laura that (imho) was correct and of course we can't have that can we!

Hey, the comments were that Laura Bush looks scary. I needed a point of reference for comparison. Who better than Hillary CLinton?

Hillary sucks ass IMO. I saw her interviewed after the last debate. She is a cold hearted calculating bitch. She said nothing of value, didn't look at the camera, and when asked about her husband's condition, sounded about as sincere as a robot.

She's a man baby yeah!

For your information...I don't live in a trailer park. I own my own home. I had a vascetomy after my second child. I no longer deliver pizza since taking my new job. Write this down so you don't forget. Thanks. Drive thru cunt.

I am sorry I don't have anything more to offer on the subject, but I usually only look at the ever-repetitive political threads for posts that truly touch the heart of the matter.

This is one of them.
