That was quite impressive, too bad he won't make the roster.

Even worse, the record won't be broken due to it being pre season.

Is everyone psyched for Opening Day?

He'll make it on some team. Too many old and shitty kickers getting paid for a mule like this to gather dust.

I am so vary ready for some foozball!!!

After seeing Mark Grace pitch last night for the D-Backs(his fastest pitch was ~68 MPH), I am certainly ready for opening kickoff!!!! Baseball ended early for me this year. When your favorite team sucks so badly that you lose interest in baseball, it is for sure time to cut the losses and gear up for some football smackdown! :)

My fantasy baseball team sucks nutz so I gave all my good players away to this other guy and hopefully I can win through this team collusion.

So all you Fantasy Football'ers with E. James, do you think he will produce even though he just got over knee surgery? And what is up with the running back position in Denver?

Denver's running back situation is looking good as usual. Mike Anderson has moved to FB but will still get plenty of carries. Olandis Gary looks like he will get the nod to start at HB. Clinton Portis is a prospect and has shown sparks of greatness although he is still green. Basically, Denver cranks out Running Backs like Atlanta has always cranked out Cy Young pitchers, heh.

Also, with a healthy Ed McAffrey, the return of Shannon Sharpe and the consistency of Rod Smith, the Denver running game will be that much more deadly. Also, the O-Line is pretty much the same as it has been the last few years—solid.

Anyone with a number 1 pick in the fantasy draft and not taking Marshall Faulk should be committed. He hands down is the best player on the planet.

Aside from that I like Chicago vs Miami in the next superbowl. Remember you heard it here first.

I don't think picking a RB from a team that splits the time up is a good choice for Fantasy Football. Denver, Oakland, and Tampa just to name a few, will be splitting time up between their running backs. This will suck if you are depending on Alsnott to be a factor on your FF team and they decide to play Pittman most of the downs. I think Atlanta also is going to be in this situation with Dunn and Duckett.

Today I saw a trade go through in our league, Stephen Davis for E. James.

Before the end of the year, Duckett will be the feature back in Atlanta, he's just too good for them not to play all the time. Warrick Dunn is a 3rd down Specialist, a damn good one, but nothing more.

It looks like Denver is doing whatever they can to give that RB job to Portis, and it may not be a bad choice. He looks OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS like Barry Sanders, same speed and open field elusiveness/vision that Sanders had. Look for Gary to be traded sometime this year.

If DeShaun Foster from Carolina not gotten hurt, I would have seriously considered picking him up. Since they have no offense, he would have been/will be when he returns, the focal point of their offense, and racking up HUGE numbers.
