I got a ton of Paderno stuff recently and I'm wondering if anyone has secret tricks to cleaning the stainless steal pots/pans without scratching them up? I love the set but they are getting blackened with use

are you sure your pots are stainless steel? I've had my stainless steel cookware for almost 2 years and it's still shiny, you're not using them over your grill or something are you?

Also, I cook on a propane stove (fire yay!) which I doubt helps.
