Guestbook

Anyone know of a free guestbook service that lets you approve messages before they're posted to the guestbook? The one I used to know of no longer has that feature for the free service. I don't mind a banner ad free guestbook, but would prefer to stay away from those that have pop-ups. I have searched but can't seem to find any with this one feature I'm looking for.

What language? (ASP, JSP, ColdFusion, PhP and whatnot...) Should be a ton of opensource crap around in various languages.

Something I can link to remotely.. unless it's some kind of simple java and can run on RoadRunner's web space (iow - not many possibilities).
