Anyone remember their senior beach week?

I just got back from mine... holy shit I don't want to see a cigarette. a beer, or a 5th for at least a week.

Craziest thing that happened well, I can't pinpoint one thing, was just a week of beer, really really gorgeous ladies in amazing bathing suits. Then there was toga night, omg- how do you ladies come up with such attention grabbing togas. course the usual hookup's happened, and the unusual ones. I was with this one girl one night, and her best friend the next, now..well, yeah. (no sex though) Then the one chick who hates cigarette smoking so she takes it out of your hand and throws it on the floor after gettin up and walkin across the room to do such cuz she hates it that much.

But, yeah, if I could only have 5 days of beach week, 5 days break, repeat, that would be awesome.

Anyone else remember their beach week and care to share?

Allow me to clarify. Senior Beach Week is a annual week long party for seniors (HS) that is held at Myrtle Beach, SC. While every school/state has their own shenanigans when they are seniors, NC, SC, and probably a few more surrounding states on the east coast go to Myrtle Beach. Hence the topic of this thread. I know for a fact NJ schools have something similar to a much lesser extent along the Atlantic coast, as I'm sure all coastal states practice the same thing. I went to the one 2 and 3 years ago, and it is nothing more than Cancun or all the spring break parties you see on mtv, with more fat and ugly girls.

We didn't have that.

We did however have Senior Break. Which basically meant that if you had a B or better in a class, you didn't have to attend it except for tests. While this was meant to teach us to be responsible and attend classes even if we didn't have to... we of course took the time to remind our peers what a bunch of fucking assmonkies we were.

I think I went to breakfast for the first 5 periods everyday for a month... then there were the parties that started around 3rd period and lasted until 4th period the next day at some random person's house.

Then of course were the picnics we had out side the freshman classrooms because we are just evil.

but no, no beaches or bikinis =(

in Florida, as seniors, we get to go to Disney World for the entire night...nothing but seniors roaming about. i didn't go. i only went to high school so i could graduate and join the army. i didn't participate in anything but the work program so i could leave school 2 periods early and get 2 grades for being able to keep a job.

lol, i almost failed 1 semester!

in maryland we have this thing called "Senior Week" its the week after graduation ... everyone goes to Ocean City usually with a buncha their friends in a hotel room and get drunk/plastered off their asses .... im not going because 1 i don't drink 2 i hate the beach 3 i don't wanna get arrested

We went to Daytona Beach for Spring Break and had a 'Senior Skip Day'. Everyone who attended this skip day ended up with a Saturday school.

I know when we did our Spring Break there was a Bike Week thing or something going on. The place was loaded with bikers and drunken teens. Not exactly the best mix! I know a few of my friends (yeah, me too) were ignorant enough to get on the back of Jap bikes with people we didn't even know that were most likely drunk and/or retarded.

I was a geek in College, didn't attend anything but the study group of more geeks on weekends.

I grew up in Florence S.C. a 30 minute drive going the backroads to Myrtle Beach. My senior/spring break/summer trip lasted for 4 years minus the winter..... I vaguely remember ANYTHING from all 4 years of highschool.

During my senior year in HS, the Spanish Club organized a trip to Mexico (Puerta Viarta & Mexico City). It kicked serious ass. The last night we were in PV, I hooked up with some college kids and we went bar hopping. The rest of the kids in my group decided it would be so cool to walk the beaches at night. I said, 'Fuck that!' and cruised the clubs with people I had known for a whole 5 minutes. Lucky thing was one of the slobs knew Spanish. We got some cheap taxi rides, met lots of hawt chix, and from what I can remember, it was one of the most incredible times I've ever had... until I got back to the hotel at 4 AM. Boy, were the chapparones PISSED! Not that I blame them. We left about five hours later for Mexico City.

I grew up just south of Myrtle Beach in Charleston, and I LOATHE the place. I went there a few times for drunken debauchery in my HS days, but there are other places I prefer than that shithole.
