Lockups

When I log on to eq for the first time in hours or after a reboot I always lock up within 5 minutes of getting in game. After I ctrl + alt +del out and restart I never lock up again for the rest of a play session. It, of course, started after the dx9 change. Anyone else experience this? Yes, all my drivers and dx are up to date....and I only lock up the one time. It is annoying more than anything, but fine once I get going.

It happens if I am in reg eq or eqw, and so far only when I am in pok, but that is usually where I log out so it could mean nothing.

PoK is bugged heavily with lockups right now, along with PoEB and another zone (forgot which) -- anyway, it's not your fault, skippy

Also getting OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of this freezeup, tries to CTD, a CTRL ALT DEL brings up the desktop with an EQ.DLL error message "Surface bit lock failed!"..

Someone said delete your PoK file and repatch should help that.
