I'd like it to be a Times Antithesis with better stats so I'd actually use it. Actually, I'd like our Shaman Epic 2.0 to be a secondary slot item...shield or something so I could use TA and whatever they come up with.

I couldnt care less, since i wont buy this expansion before all the stuff thats bugged and bothering me are fixed, before my monk get some sort of enchantment so i wont have to have her LFG for 2 hours just to see the 5 person group that wouldnt get me for 2 hours take a level 61 BST, before the DX9 bugs are sorted, and before i can see any idea in going to GoD in the first place.

So basically i doubt ill ever have to invest in this one.

Your monk is a DPS class, and as such you have to compete with other DPS classes for spots in group. This is not a GoD specific problem.

Stats better than a Time 2h.
Look along the lines of Nightmare's ultimate blade from SoulCalibur 2.
Particle effect would be great to have THAT blade burning, or just have it emit a fountain of white particles at the hilt.

Problem with weapons is that it means that the item will only be - for a melee or hybrid class - good for one expansion. Yes, I'm aware that Ragebringer was good for far longer than that, as was celestial fists, but that was because of the huge huge HUGE leap in damage rogues got with RB and because of the clicky effect *and* armor benefits of CF.

It's gonna be a crappy 2h though, most likely with some lameass proc we will never use. I guess I'll be happy if it doesn't go 'quack' when I swing it...

Paladin epic 2.0: a 2hs sword, 15 dam 45 dly, procs 40 pt heal on target, particle effect crappy flames. And you'll need to delevel to 52 and kill Kerafyrm twice to get it (paladins ALWAYS get the shaft on epics).

PS: Rogue and Cleric epic 2.0's are sold on vendors on Test

Considering the sheer pita of getting mine the first time, SK 2.0 should be soloable!

Hell, even a moderate stat dmg/dly improvement would be worth it...badass graphic even now.

If it turns out that all of the epics are like the first version, I would not expect many guilds to get too into this... "epic fever", blech.

I'd love nothing more than for the paladin epic 2.0 to have 30 damage over delay which I don't think would be out of the question for what I'm guessing would be a level 70 character. Add some undead bane damage or maybe a slay undead modifier and I'll be one happy dorf

As far as the graphic is concerned, I'm sure it's already designed but I'd like to see a lance of some sort instead of a sword or axe.

I would like Bard Epic 2.0 to have a 2.2-2.4 mod to all, a proc that does not take up a buff slot and a non-gay dmg/del... I really don't care what it looks like...

It will probably end up being a 16/20 slasher with a 1.9 mod to all and proc SoB.

Effect would be like right mouseclick FD, left mouse click level 70 slow (we'll call it "Teger's Insects" since that's the only vowel they haven't used I think), and wtf - Center Mouse click will be Malowhamalamabingbanginio, the level 70 -200 to all resists unresistable debuff that has a taunt effect that causes the shaman to be blasted to a random server.

I want the Cleric Epic V.2 to be a 100 AC shield, +300 HP, +300 Mana, +20 to everything... And the effect that it has will be right-clickable called Holy Timeshift that removes rez effects, restores mana, and replaces the buffs you had before you died. Must be used in conjunction with Epic V.1

Yeah, I know I'm dreaming.... but ya have to admit that it would be nice to right click a corpse and rez, then right click the player and restore KEI, SoT, Fo7, Virtue/Kazad, PoT9 etc...

Just my wishful 2cp...

Epics were the cause of much strife in EQ. Those pieces of shit were the single largest cause of conflict between guilds and guildmates through Velious. Then they became fucking worthless around the launch of Luclin.

Unless they have a solid way to upgrade those weapons via slots and shit you guys would be wasting your time on those fuckers.

In the time you spend achieving an epic 2.0 weapon, a new expansion will be released that will have a trash mob drop something dwarfing it in comparison.
