Guinness. It's what's for dinner!

I remember just one beer in general a day was supposed to be good for the heart, though not as good as a glass of red wine a day.

Guiness is ok if you want to really nurse a drink, but it's not really the kind of thing I'll go for normally.

Pediatricians still recommend nursing mothers to drink a beer to help boost their milk supply, with Guinness being the most often named. Guinness is too potent for me so I occasionally have a Shiner Bock when I feel my milk production slightly lowering. Mmm, beer!
