I browse the forums a lot.... and i have a hankering for country spare ribs... even better my GF wants to cook them for me!!!
Problem is... she only has my grandmother's recipe... and to be honest... love her to death... but my grandmother was never a very good cook...
Would love to hear if anyone has any secrets that we can "add" to it.
BTW - These are "boneless" spare ribs.
