I can't believe the Gators got bounced by Manhattan. We suck so terribly for a team coached by one of the highest paid coaches in the country.

Ouch, I had Michigan St taking down Gonzaga to advance to the sweet 16. While I'm probably not alone in thinking they would have beaten nevada, I had them busting up a 2 seed in the following game. i also don't understand why I didn't pick Alabama over S Illinois, didn't Al have the number 1 schedule in difficulty in the RPI this year? Other than that, not too shabby.

Florida didn't deserve to win. I've read they don't come to play "lesser" teams and actually wasn't even surprised about the outcome after seeing a couple of their games where they didn't just that. NO hustle on their part and there you go, a blow out really.

Florida was a no-brain pick to loose for me, I knew they would all along. I did think S. Illi would pull off the win over Ala though.. grrr... and was sure Mich. St. would as well.

I haven't lost any Sweet 16 or Final Four teams yet so still going ok I suppose..

I had Mich St beating them so the outcome was still the same since I have Ga Tech beating State in the regional. Of course, Ga Tech has to win today and I see that as a very tough game for them. BC has been on a roll for a while now.
A lot of nailbiter games on Saturday, definitely a good tourny. I REALLY thought Maryland was going to pull that one out but Syracuse played an awesome defensive game against the trees of Maryland

I have Pitt winning it all but I still probably won't get enough points with Stanford out already to win.

I attended Nevada (it was UNR back then Nevada-Reno) for a few years so I'm pulling for them as this years cinderella team. They owned Gonzaga. That win wasn't a fluke. Reaching the Sweet 16 for a 10 seed is nice no matter what happens next.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprsied if UAB (assuming they advance to the 2nd round) beats Kentucky who certainly won't beat Ga Tech if they both play in the final 8.

Kentucky... god damned Kentucky. If not for them Id still have all of my Elite 8 teams left.

As it is, I had Kentucky going to the final game only to lose to Texas.

And Texas may be running into the buzzsaw that is Xavier.

Although I pretty much got killed last night, I still think it's cool that St. Joseph's is moving further. Pitt losing pretty much sealed my fate but they looked flat the entire tourny. In fact, it's probably one of the worst offensive performances over an entire tourny.

I got laughed at in my bracket league when they saw I picked St Joe's to go all the way.

Course like 3 of them have already had their champions eliminated.

That said, I suck at college basketball, unless there are odds and points involved.

Even with Ky gone (I had them losing to UConn in the finals) my brackets are doing ok, definately not as good as most years, but considering the state of things not too shabby (losing cuse a game early, losing pitt a game early, that sorta thing)

Yeah, but look how many times Duke has benefited because of referee Bias towards them.

The refs in general has sucked lately.. college basketball, NBA, NFL... you name it, they have sucked at it. Something needs to be done about that.

But still.. that was soooo a foul on Reddick!

And the Okafor fouls were all justified? Seriously, Duke can't blame a ref for that collapse as it should have never even have come to that.

That said, nothing comes close to the call made against Baylor playing Tennessee in women's hoops the other day.

All the crying from Duke fans in the last few days is just sad. Seriously who has benefited more from horrible calls in the last tens years then Duke

I agree with Gor, make a basket in the last 3 minutes and that final shot wins the game.

I have no idea about the last 10 years and really couldn't care less. One mistake does not justify another. The whole game was the worse reffed game ever, the fouls on Okafor and Williams were pure BS, but that doesn't change the fact that Reddick was fouled. Simple as that.
