Sashiana, thank you for posting your information. Taryk_MM is correct, the recent 1017 errors have not been caused by your computer. I do apologize for the downtime you have had. Please know that our developers are definately aware of this, and an update in the near future should address this. Please keep an eye on http://www.everquestlive.com for updates, and if I have any breaking information, I will post it on this board.

They later retracted this stating that 1017 was in reference to a tax form of some sort and not in reference to any known issue with EQ.
