8 oz Cooked Rigatoncini
1 Tbsp Garlic
4 ea clams
4 ea mussels
2 oz rock shrimp
2 oz fish chunks
2 oz pernod
1 tbsp herb mix
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 oz Tomato Concasse
S&P
Sauté the garlic in the oil till toasted, add seafood and quick sauté, add herbs, then pernod and flame. Add tomato and reduce by 20%. Add rigatoni and cook for 1 minute, season with S&P
