RAM..

Looking to double up on my Dell's 512 of RAM with an extra 512 - Planetside is a fecking memory hog. I've got an 8100 series and don't know about what to expect to pay. Through the Dell site, they offer it for about 400$, but I need to buy it in pairs (so it says).

I was wondering where I should look for somthing similiar - and cheaper - to look into grabbing. I really only need the one, but I'm not up to speed on where to look.

Heh, I went and looked, 2Gb for $400 is about right

Unless it's someone you've heard good things about, be careful with pricewatch. There are some sleazebags there, that's from firsthand experience.

My roommate's Dell uses RDRAM. You really need to check the inventory sheet that came with your PC.
