This is what Saddam was quoted as saying when captured.

""I am Saddam Hussein," he said, according to the officials. "I am the president of Iraq and I want to negotiate."

Didnt he ask his people to fight to the death against the Americans?

He was captured with a pistol and a AK-47 I wonder why he didnt fight to the death like he asked his people whom he seem to care so much for to do?

You are talking about the same guy that could have hopped on a jet and ran off with 50 billion dollars to another country and retired safe from extradiction.

He is a megalomaniac with no functional ties to reality, he actually thought he would win.

You must be confused, I have seen Pils for a few hours in the last few months, and that was for my wedding. I just usually ignore your posts.
