Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
Well, I just played through the demo that was released earlier tonight. The first thing that came to mind was - dated look. The next thing was - this is almost exactly like Outcast (uses the same engine too, but slightly updated, supposedly). No way in hell would I buy it.

Finally got it downloaded.
I'm underwhelmed. After playing Knights of the Old Republic, this game just doesn't measure up. I think I could have eaten alphabet soup and shit better dialogue than what they came up with for this game (hmmm wonder if Lucas wrote it).
The graphics still looked good even though the engine is a bit dated, but the animations look APALLING. The walking movements, crouching, half the time, you're sliding across the floor. Just like in Jedi Outcast, the lightsaber movements don't look controlled and methodical, as a jedi would fight, instead you get to swing wildly and pray.
Another thing. Why the FUCK do we have to choose a weapon loadout before every single mission? That's just stupid. It's not like there's a limit to what you can carry. It's also not like you don't end up carrying virtually ever weapon in the game by the end of the mission. Last I checked, Jedis use lightsabers, and that's it. Not like you NEED anything other than a lightsaber.
I did like the cave environment a lot, but after playing SWG in beta, the Tatooine here was total crap.
It's sad that they're allowing this to be released with such a piss poor effort, but then again, they are Luca$arts. Doesn't seem like anyone has cared about preserving the Star Wars licences integrity since Phantom Menace.
If you're a fan of Star Wars from when we were all kids, save your cash and get KotoR. If you just want something to tide you over for a bit, it's not horrible, there's just not much to get excited about.

Oh, my God; I care so little, I almost passed out.
