Howdy Chief. You've got it all wrong.

Cheney wouldn't be shelling out money to anyone. He would be assessing whether or not he can inconspicuously make a fortune off this woman's stripping. Rumsfeld would be searching their hotel room for the currently nonexistant beer that he sold this woman for her son's birthday party from 12 years ago when he was like 4.

Corruption of minors is just another law for people to get charged with when no other laws seem right. Kind of like excessive speeding. They are both very vague and open to wide interpretation. Either way this woman is a sick puppy and should get charged with something. I feel sorry for the son.
