more reasons to hate bad movies

Insultingly Stupid Movie Physics!

For those like me, who know enough about physics to know when moviemakers are just making shit up, but not enough to explain why said moviemakers are full of shit, this site is great. It gives me even more reasons to hate stupidly horrible movies like "The Core" (my god I wish they had chosen any other movie for my flight).

Sometimes they do a bit too much movie reviewing, and not enough analyzing of bad physics, but the reviews are pretty fun to read anyway.

I'm more the type of person who shuts down his brain and just trys to enjoy the movie.

Like Crouching tiger, hidden dragon, it's a movie that if you have a physics book ramed into your ass you will most likely get out of the theater as soon as you see the characters flying left and right. Still a great movie based on fantasies that will be overlooked by the reality brigade..

Note that i have visited the site and that i actually found it very informative.

1 movie that does bother me is Final Destination 1 and 2. The way that death has an influence on Real life objects just makes my brain work too much and i cant shut it off completely.

A friend of mine was telling me how in ID4 that if the mothership was truly 1/4 the size of the moon we wouldn't have to worry about invasion because the planet would be rocked with earthquakes and tidalwaves.
