Tomb Raider 2

Post by noel »

So like... I'll shamelessly admit that I didn't see the first one in theaters, but purchased it on DVD (cost of DVD = cost of late fees to blockbuster), and found it mildly entertaining. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. I wasn't looking forward to the second one when I heard about it until...

I saw the trailer! Looks like the actually gave them a budget to work with on the next one, and looks like we might have the female version of James Bond in the making here.

Am I the only person looking forward to this movie?
Oh, my God; I care so little, I almost passed out.

I saw the trailer in the theater before The Italian Job. While it's hard to tell if the acting and plot will be good, the special effects look very nice.

The original Tomb Raider wasn't that bad.

All I remember about the first one was yelling at the screen, "Well, destroy the fucking piece you have, dumbshit, and you will save the world already."

Mindnumbingly moronic movie but nice on the eyes is that Angelina Jolie.

I enjoyed the first... outside of whatever the hell it is they did to her nipples.. anti-perked nipple technology or something??

Looking forward to seeing the second... of course I am also very easily entertained :D

She had a "Thing"(french word is plastron or something can't find english equiv) to give her bigger boobs and it was covering up her perky nipples.

My GF has somewhat of a crush on Angelina Jolie, so I will definately be seeing this one on opening day.

I thought the first one was pretty good. It had plenty of action and decent special effects.

I love that woman.
Somthing about that little sociopathic smile she gives.. and gotta love a woman who sleeps with a knife under her pillow. Going to go see it, deffinately.

I'd definitly hit it! She is awesome. I'd suck Billy Bob's cock to taste her snatch! (Well, not now that they aren't together anymore.)

I almost have to move this thread to NWS forum after that comment.

That is the most fucked up thing ever said right there. /shiver

On topic: (omg wtf were you thinking on that comment) I tried to watch the first one 4 times and ended up turning it off after the first chase scene each time.

heheh sorry that was my shock & awe statement for the year.

As far as the first movie goes, I only saw it once and I guess I liked it but was not overwhelmed by it. I love movies that deal with ancient cultures and stuff like the Indiana Jones movies or Quartermaine movies.
