Seing as how we are having a poll about people cheating on their significant other, I think it would be interesting to see how many people have helped contribute to another party cheating while you personally were single.
It poses an interesting question really. If you have never cheated yourself, but you were willing help someone else cheat on their relationship, isn't that in the same ballpark technically as cheating?
Is it better?
Is it worse?
In my day I have only personally done this once. She broke down and told him and he beat my ass. He beat my ass harder then my ass has ever been beat to this day. From that day forward I've thought twice and made the right choice when faced with that decision.
Whether it's your best friends girl/guy/wife/husband, lets hear it. It would be especially interesting to see if people that voted they never cheated before choose yes here. Personally, I think helping someone else cheat is significantly worse.

yeah i had sex with a coworker who was engaged at time a few years ago while single.
I have no clue if she ever told him. Personally, i guess that is kind of shitty of me, but it was pretty much casual sex, and i dont look at the maintenance of other peoples' relationships as my responsibility.
but for me it really boiled down to i hadnt been laid in awhile too, so i had no choice!
she had tried to pursue me quite a bit, the first time we had sex i was so drunk i had thrown up in a toilet and passed out on the floor of her friends apartment. she 'revived' me in a way that was very 'persuesive' to engage in naughtyness.
the 2nd time, we just went out to lunch, had a couple beers, she said 'want to fuck?' i said 'yeah', we went to my house and got back to work 5 hours later.

Yes. And I will never do...wait a minute...what the hell am I saying? Of course I would do it again!
It all started in college. Apparantly, I seemed to be more attracted to women that were dating someone. It never bothered me because of the drugs and alcohol...but...I kind of felt bad later.
Take care of your woman, and she'll never cheat on you...that's my theory...treat her poorly, and you deserve it. cheers!

Some people cheat regardless of how they're being treated. In fact, I've know more instances where the person doing the cheating is the less kind half of the couple.Kluden wrote:Yes. And I will never do...wait a minute...what the hell am I saying? Of course I would do it again!

Looks like people are interepreting this 2 ways.

One set is thinking that they were single but the girl they had sex with was not.
I have never had sex with someone who was in a relationship.....although I did ask 2 girls out, one had a boyfriend, and another was engaged.
The one with the boyfriend I didn't know about the boyfriend until after I asked her out, so I turned it into a friend thing....but afterwards there was an awkward pause in the parking lot when I alked her to the car, she seemed to be waiting for something from me (a kiss? I dunno) anyway since she had a BF I just left it at that....I really liked that girl too....she makes my top 10 list, she had it all, personality, looks, intelligence, similar interests...(and I knew her pretty well, I ate breakfast and lunch with her every day for 3 months before I asked her out, we worked together, she never mentioned her BF, but I checked and it was not a line, they had been dating for 3 YEARS, how she managed to not mention that in all the times we talked...I dunno)
The one with the fiancee I knew about, but he was a real asshole....he had postponed thier wedding 5x..stating financial reasons, but then he does stuff like spend $2,000 on a car stereo (when you make $6/hr, that's a bit much for a car stereo if your saving to afford a marriage to the woman you love). Anyway, I got turned down but we were still friends. Great girl, I hope things worked out for her...I know a year later they still weren't married, I ended up being friends with her dad until he died...he was the garbage guy at the place I worked at /boggle.

Another set is thinking, thier friend cheated on thier significant other, and they helped hide that fact.
I knew a friend cheated and not gone out of my way to inform the other person, but I don't think I have ever lied about it.
I don't like to lie, but I also don't like to get involved in other peoples personal business either...so I don't know what I would do if I was confronted to be honest.

i think it goes both ways masteen for the people who get married too early.
some men will have infedility problems just as well as women (if not more so) if they get married at a very young age.
others wont have the problems at all, so no big deal.
also some guys just have "it", and those guys have women trying to fuck them all day long. i had a roomate like that once. he didnt try to fight it, and why should he?
