Wrong Turn

Unnecessarily gorey, decent slasher flick (and do i mean slasher).

Was probably the best of all recent horror movies I've seen as of late, was a bit dissapointed in the running time < 1 1/2 hrs.

But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

Pretty good narly movie, but overdone plot line.

This sums it up: people get lost, same people begin disappearing, furry deformed mountainmen are the culprits, hunted people struggle to escape, some do. I wish they had done something unique regards the plot.

As for the good things, it did make me jump a few times and was an accurate portayal of the 70's-era horror movie genre. Good acting by the "monsters", good makeup and set. Kind of like Jason as a character on the set of Deliverance or something.
