Missing textures?

Wondering if anyone's had this problem (looked on the beta boards a bit but couldn't find much):

I changed the graphics level to the lowest in an attempt to minimize the horrendous lag I experience on my rickety old box. Now all of the pre-loaded textures are gone; no ground, no sky, no weapon models, nada. I tried going back to the default graphics quality, textures are still gone.

Anyone have a fix that doesn't involve downloading the entire damn thing again?

Did you already try doing a full scan?

I had some messed up graphics, I fixed by changing back to 'recommended' and restarting.
