At a minimum, go into the setup, and enable the 'keyboard key to talk' option (or whatever it's called). Then see if you can connect. After that, adjust accordingly.

got it working again with Janx's help. Apparently the sound card I just installed is MUCH more sensitive than the old one. I was feedbacking so bad that I think they banned me hehehe
