Server locked?

Server locked?
It says on the scroller that it is up and if there are problems repatch.
I have ran patcher three times and still says its locked.
This happening to anyone?

[11:54:58] SmokeJumper: Last night's patch was pretty good...but it had that one nasty crash issue in it. Basically anytime you bailed out of a Galaxy in a vehicle, the zone crashed.
[11:55:11] SmokeJumper: That's why it seemed like it went down every 15-30 minutes. That's fixed now.
[11:55:29] SmokeJumper: We also forgot the overhead map file. Included that in today's file so you get proper map views.
[11:56:06] SmokeJumper: VS Sanc was down a lot because...well...we're not exactly sure, but we think it was related to the crash bug I mentioned above.

[11:56:53] SmokeJumper: If you are having troubles logging on, you shouldn't today. HOWEVER...if you do, be sure to run a FULL SCAN on your build...just to be sure that no files are missing.
[11:57:17] SmokeJumper: The patch servers last night had a tough time at the beginining being synced properly and a few people got incomplete patches. Fixed now...but just check with FULL SCAN to be sure.
[11:57:36] SmokeJumper: VoiceIP will default to "press key to talk".
[11:57:57] SmokeJumper: VoiceIP is next week's patch.
[11:58:30] SmokeJumper: 800x600 *might* work in today's build. I haven't tried it, but I know the programmer has been working on it. Give it a whirl. If it doesn't work, go back to 1024x768 and assume 800x600 will work next week.

<SmokeJumperPS> Lag affects everything, folks. Getting into the world, zoning, opening doors, changing inventory, using terminals. Anything that requests info from the server gets lagged.
<SmokeJumperPS> The switchboards (not the world servers) are running fine. That's why you can see everyone else running aroudn without warping and stuff.
<SmokeJumperPS> But the world servers are lagged very badly. We're investigating. New issue.
Same...booted me as well Will try to locate you all when I can get on again.
EDIT:
Was able to log back on and stayed on for a bit. Basicly anything that needs server feedback is going slow....mounting a vehicle...you have to hit G like 4 times...warping...I swear I sat there for like a minute before it warped my me. I'm not sure this is a patch fix persay..appears server side.

[13:59:15] SmokeJumperPS: We recently received some server optimizations from an outside team. They appear to be the source of the lag issues we're experiencing now. The first issue that we backed out was a huge memory leak that was introduced with that code.
[13:59:32] SmokeJumperPS: The second is another piece of code that is also being backed out.
[13:59:39] SmokeJumperPS: We hope to have the servers up soon thereafter.
