The Piece of Mind album was great through and through. Also, Powerslave was a very well done and consistent album.

Some of my favorite songs are:

The Prisoner
Hallowed Be Thy Name
The Rime of the Ancient Mariner
To Tame a Land
Aces High
Run to the Hills

However, I will have to go with Revelations as my favorite.

I like aces high.
You might want to check out a band called Blind Guardian, think iron maiden meets queen and then goes to lunch with nerdy everquest people like ourselves.

They made an album completely dedicated to LOTR.
