Quarantine is appropriate for this disease. If it keeps spreading like it has been in a few months we are in deep shit.

The concept is not a new one, so relax.
There has been a list of diseases that are "quarantine-able" for many many years, but it's too early for me to search for it. I did hear on the radio yesterday that it's the first time they've added to the list for abut 20 years.
