Set aside some time to read it. It's 12 pages long.
My take: I will definitely be playing this the day it comes out. Raph Koster is a MMORPG designing genius; he really has a handle on not only how to design a game to look good on paper, but he has a ton of insight on how the players will treat the content. This is something most other designers don't have a concept of. He knows that what looks like a good idea on paper doesn't always pan out when the community gets their hands on it.
I'm pretty jazzed for this title. Moreso than EQ2 or Horizons Vaporware or anything else.

I had to wait to get home before I could type this because just reading it gave me a massive stiffy.
If they do everything they say they are doing then I am there. I can only hope that EQ2 can boast as much. EQ, at least for me, has been dead for quite some time. I see it for what it really is now, in my eyes, a huge time sink.

EQ died the day Kyoukan quit playing.
SWG will suck simply because it will be full of gimps. Every faggot with a computer who has seen Star Wars and has an internet connection is going to be playing this. The good news is, there will never be a shortage of people for Kyoukan to mock.

Supposedly, the path to becoming a Jedi is not just hard, but will be unique, thus preventing spoliers. Hopefully, this is true, and all the 133t kiddies drawn in by games like Jedi Knight (Searyx) will quit.
