Just wondering if anyone had any good recipes that fall into these categories - spang or non-spang options welcome. I've been making a lot of both lately as they aren't terrible for you and I can make a few days of dinner/lunch at a time.
I made some curry last night that I thought turned out really good - no recipe, I just kinda winged it.
I just cut up 3 boneless chicken breasts into small pieces, and set them aside.
Stir fried some garlic, onion, broccoli, artichoke and jalapeno in a little olive oil, then mixed in the chicken. Once the chicken was just seared on the outside, I mixed in roughly 1 cup of curry sauce and 4 cups of miso broth, along with 2 1/2 cups of long grain brown rice. Bring to a boil and then covered and let it cook for about 50 minutes. Turned out really good.
