She also looks to be in a good frame of mind. I was at some seminar a few years back and one of the women that won a gold medal for team USA in swimming gave a speech. She showed a video of the race, starting a few minutes before and during the introductions/warm ups. The camera focused on each of the racers before the race, each one had a serious look on their face as if they were about to take a shit or something except for the woman that won, who was all smiles and relaxed.

I am a pretty fast runner....but I am fairly certain that she did that with the hurdles faster than I could run it with no hurdles and they set me on fire and put a pool at the finish line.
