In events like that it can be difficult to figure out what really happen because everyone may have a diff story. They are all to blame imo for putting themselves in that type of situation. They should have all been charged with sexual misconduct to be at all fair.

Rape is an absolutely horrid crime but in most cases it comes down to a he-said/she-said. While I in no way imply that she is lieing, the fact that she was drinking and playing strip poker makes me believe that her morals weren't in the right place to begin with.

It really scares me how a woman can really fuck up a man's life by yelling rape. Even if he ends up being innocent then the accusation follows him for life. There is an extreme double standard when it comes to Rape cases. And whenever alcohol is involved it is always the man's fault.

so don't put your dick in anyone when you've been drinking unless you are either in a commited relationship with them or want to risk the possible consequences of your actions.

even if your intentions aren't to sexually assault someone, your judgement is extremely impaired when you are drinking, usually beyond the capacity to make a rational decision on whether or not you should be fucking someone who isn't at least your girlfriend.

laws are written to cover the broad spectrum of a crime, not individual cases where maybe the woman changed her mind or felt bad about it the next day and called rape. it is also the man's responsibility to keep it in his pants unless he is absolutely sure of what he is doing.

I knew all 3 girls, I was there the night of all 3 rapes, none of them reported it to police, just thier friends.
