This is a sci-fi horror with an eco-friendly twist. Bascially, you have a group of students in a remote camp on the edge of a glacier who find that the previous research team uncovered a parisite that has thawed out (due to global warming-yo!) and started infecting/eating everyone.
I have the perfect discription of this movie. It's a cross between The Thing and The Ruins. I mean, like a goddamn perfect hybrid that brings all the flaws of The Ruins and mixes them with all the good from The Thing. You end up with an ok movie, if uninspired. The problem is that all the students are dumb teenagers. They fit all the classic stereotypes that teenage slasher films have right down to a fucking "T". It really threw the movie off because of that IMO. Other than that though, it was pretty good! You have some good gore effects, a scare or two, and a lame Hollywood ending that everyone saw coming a mile away. I was certianly entertained though, despite all the flaws.
7/10 The movie is really worth checking out. You can stream it on Netflix right now.

It was difficult to look at a fat Val Kilmer though.
