WASD Finger Palsy

Anyone experience major soreness in their 3 WASD fingers from all these years of gaming?

I know I am always severly sore in those 3 fingers. I'm always cracking my knuckles on those fingers to relieve the pressure, etc.

Cracking your knuckles will only make it worse in the long run. It's (supposedly) a major contributor of developing arthritis later in life.

I heard that was an old wives tale and cracking your knuckles dosen't harm you in any way at all.

Anyway, no WASD issues with the fingers, but my wrist (just below the pads) does get sore at times.

whenever i have pain like that, i just pop a couple aspirin, and i stop typing for 30 mins or so until the inflamation cools down some.

Studies have shown that arthritis has nothing to do with popping your knuckles. More than likely the pain is from carpal tunnel than anything else.

Aye. I have searched medical sites in the past worried about my knuckle cracking. Most said it's a myth.
