Too Human is quick if you just run through the game. If you want to get all the achievements however I've heard it took some people forever to get the full 7 piece armor set. I got lucky and got mine pretty quick.

Love that game.

I'm not really an acheivement junkie. Don't get me wrong, I love em, but it's not why I play. I just play through the story and get what comes naturally. Rarely do I go out of my way to get them (unless they are really easy of course!).

Achievements are like meth. I can't stop trying to get them even though it deprives me of sleep and fucks up my general well being.

Completed:

Burnout Paradise (with most of the achievements completed even!)

That's basically the only 360 game I play. Maybe Splosion Man when it comes out next week if the reviews are good! Can maybe add Left 4 Dead in there as I did do the single player campaign thing. No interest in the online portion.

Could not stand more than two hours of Fable 2
War is an option whose time has passed. Peace is the only option for the future. At present we occupy a treacherous no-man's-land between peace and war, a time of growing fear that our military might has expanded beyond our capacity to control it and our political differences widened beyond our ability to bridge them. . . .

Short of changing human nature, therefore, the only way to achieve a practical, livable peace in a world of competing nations is to take the profit out of war.
--RICHARD M. NIXON, "REAL PEACE" (1983)

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired, represents, in the final analysis, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children."

Too Human down. Good lord that was painful. It goes really fast when you realize there is no point in upgrading a single thing and the only penalty for death is the goddamn valkyrie animation. So much wasted potential. I guess that's what pisses me off the most.

Really? Not sure why but I really liked that game quite a bit. I got all 1000 achievement points, having the whole elite armor set makes it pretty easy, my berserker just mows shit down.

It was so... unpolished? Camera was horribly frustrating, collision was the worst I have ever seen of a game this generation. If there was a raised area on the ground, even 2 inches, not only could you not walk over it, but when you jumped there would be an invisible wall. You actually had to walk around! It wasn't just a few spots either. It was through the entire game. The story was bad and the synch animations for talking were off by almost an entire word at times. Killing hordes od bad guys was the fun part. Everything else was terrible. It didn't help that there were maybe 6-7 different enemies to fight throughout the entire game? The game eventually became so boring for me. Don't get me started on when you had to go back into the city. That totally fucked up any pacing the game had. That was a terrible design decision IMO.

Some of the boss fights were fun, and I liked the actual character designs. Especially Hel. She was a nice looking model and design. The combat was fun, but at times frustratingly awful. Getting poisoned with no way to cure it? Fucking lame as shit. You would just slowly watch your character die.

The ending of the game was also terrible. Gah.

It's by far the worst 360 game I have played through.

Battlefield: Bad Company down! Fun game, although it's hard to go back to having to heal yourself manually.

I just borrowed Wolverine from a friend, so I'll likely fast track that game so I can give it back.

I should be wrapping up Wolverine soon. I'm about 3/4 of the way through atm. I've had a lot of distractions this week or else I would've beaten it in 3-4 days.

Next up is Wolfenstein with Shadow Complex inbetween. I want to be finished with both before Batman comes out next week. The demo is awesome for that game!

Just scored my Elite License in Burnout Paradise. I've also some all the super jumps, all the billboards and all the smashes.

All that I need to accomplish now is time trials and showtimes and I'll consider this one completed. (Although I may buy the Paradise Island DLC.. =P)

Everytime I see you online you're playing that game :) That takes dedication! I'm still trying to get through Wolverine. I only have 4 chapters to go, but it's been crazy around here. I'm just ready to be done with Wolverine at this point. Good game but as good as the 1 trick poney is, it eventually gets a little stale. I did just finish a rather inspired boss fight against a sentinal as it was falling to earth. That's been the highlight so far.

I popped in Wolfenstein and played maybe 10 minutes. I forced myself to stop because I was really getting into it. From what I saw, it's really a solid game. It has a smoothness to the weapons that other games lack. I can't wait to play that game next.

Burned through the rest this afternoon. 100% completion =)

Took 49 hours, 15 minutes to do. I'm still itching for more too. Probably the best 20$ I've ever paid for a game.

Paradise Island was worth the $12 or whatever it was. I forgot the name now but the dune buggy is a nice all-around vehicle. If I had to play the game over again I'd get probably use that for everything. Except the Burning Routes or whatever ones where you have to use specific vehicles.

Guitar Hero 5
Star Ocean

Tales of Vesperia

I get the nagging feeling there are ones I'm forgetting. Maybe we should XBL games too? A lot of those are multiplayer and I have a fucking shitload of those.

Last Remnant is the only RPG left for the 360 that I want to get. It's been sold out of the last 3 places I've looked :(

I have no idea of how far I am into Wolfenstien, but I'm enjoying it too much to really want to look it up and find out. I just picked up my 3rd (out of 4) veil power, but I have a ton more guns to pick up and upgrade. If I'm a 3rd of the way in, I would be surprised.

I got GH5 as well, I like it so far. They added a lot of features that should make it more appealing to the Rock Band crowd, and there are still plenty of tough songs.

I still don't have my xbl back up yet, but sometime in the next few weeks I'll have that done too.

Listing xbl games is fine, I actually don't have too many, I have most of my downloadable games on the PS3.

I have a mental list of games in my backlog that weigh the most on my conscious, with Fallout 3, Dead Space, and GTA4 being the top 3 offenders. I just polished off Dead Space and plan on getting right back into Fallout 3 + all DLC (I should be around 1/2 way through that). Once that is complete, it's finally time to tackle GTA4 + both add ons.

This season isn't going to be as bad as I first thought, with only MW2, AC2, and L4D2 being my only purchases for the rest of the year. MW2 and L4D2 should go pretty quick, allowing me to return to my backlog. The beginning of next year looks pretty packed though. Here is a list of the games I plan on purchasing on release:

Nov:
Modern Warfare 2 (11/10)
Left 4 Dead 2 (11/17
Assassin's Creed 2 (11/17)

Dec:
Nothing for me, focusing on backlog.

Jan:
Bayonetta (1/5)
Darksiders (1/5)

Feb:
Bad Company 2 (2/2)
Dante's Inferno (2/9)
Bioshock 2 (2/9)
Splinter Cell: Conviction (2/23)

I'm in the same position as you for games through the end of the year, minus MW2 cause Call of Duty sucks.

Next year is gonna be a pain for the first few months like you said:

360--

Bioshock 2 – 1/04/10

Dark Void – 1/09/10

Army of Two: The 40th Day – 1/12/10

Two Worlds: The Temptation - 2/1/10

Mass Effect 2 –2/1/10

Singularity – 2/01/10

Dante’s Inferno –2/9/10

Lost Planet 2 – 2/23/10

PS3--
MAG – 1/26/10

Heavy Rain – 2/16/10

God of War 3 – 04/1/10

Damn. I'm also getting Mass Effect 2 and Lost Planet 2. Feb of 2010 may be a record for me as far as buying new games.

Edit: I see Mass Effect 2 as a 1/26/10 release date. Still a lot of games in a short amount of time.

Yeah I have updated those dates in a month probably, the dates have been shifting quite a bit. I'm willing to bet that some of those games fall back a month, considering jan/feb is usually a time when zero games are coming out I can't imagine it would be the best move to have that many out in a short time... People broke from the holidays and all won't be buying all those games.
