Trojan

So AVG is warning me of ""Trojan horse Agent.BAYG.dropper", but it doesn't appear to be able to clean it. I don't seem to find much information about it on a google search. Anyone have any ideas what it does or how I can get rid of it?

It's not in your system restore folders or something is it?

Sorry if this is late..

goto malwarebytes.org, download it and update it. Boot into safe mode with networking, run a full scan..

Also as Zae said, delete all system restore points and create a fresh one after the scan.
