They are angry because legal memos from the corrupt Bush justice department have been released. But are calls for violence, civil war, or secession acceptable?

Yes he is an enemy of the state. A traitor within the white house. Feeding agitprop to the world to justify a continued jihad against the US. And this from the Commander in Chief.

There was no rational reason to release these documents.
Obama and the dems must completely fail.... for America to survive.

Obama could easily be compared to Robert Hanssen. Only that hanssen did it for money, Obama on the other hand does it out of the desire to destroy the America of the founding fathers and replace it with a Marxist utopia. Violence? No. Secession....well that is a whole other can of worms. Civil war would really only be caused by secession, so I think those two are not mutually exclusive. The states have every right to secede from the union if the federal government oversteps their bounds...and we are seeing a lot of them begin to draft legislation to do just that.

I do not believe this to be entirely because of Obama....I think a lot of this is also because of Bush. Obama is continuing the Bush legacy by doing whatever the fuck he pleases, Constitution be damned. The only good thing that is going to come about from this administration is a wholesale change of Congress after the incompetent buffoons finish wasting everyone's time with stupid shit like monkey legislation and trillion dollar spending packages while the country explodes.

For the record, the shit from the memo you linked does not outrage me in its intentions, but worries me greatly with no limitations on who they can consider a "terror suspect". If they are talking about foreign nationals, then by all means have at it. If it is a US citizen, then I would be expecting some type of documentation that leads to a warrant as due process requires.

For the record, the shit from the memo you linked does not outrage me in its intentions, but worries me greatly with no limitations on who they can consider a "terror suspect". If they are talking about foreign nationals, then by all means have at it. If it is a US citizen, then I would be expecting some type of documentation that leads to a warrant as due process requires.

You can ease your mind, Bush repealed all the memos 5 days before he left office.
