I was watching this live yesterday afternoon, and my jaw literally dropped at the crazy shit that was coming out of this woman's mouth. I couldn't help thinking at the time that she's doing a great favor for her Democratic opponent, who was trailing her, but in striking distance, in the polls at the time. I didn't realize how much of a favor.

El Tinklenberg has already raised nearly $500k in new donations in the 24 hours following Bachmann's comments yesterday afternoon, with no sign of letting up. Hopefully Minnesotans in the 6th district will be able to flush this turd soon.

This woman is for the right what Nick is for the left. The idea that those who disagree with you ideologically or politically are, by virtue of only that disagreement, criminal is exactly the obstacle that Obama will help destroy. Maybe I misunderstood his post, but I thought he meant that you lean extrememly liberal and she leans extremely conservative. I don't think he was being mean, or insulting, unless you view being extrememly liberal insulting. He was just equating you as extremes in political ideology. I could be wrong though, it definitely would not be the first time. Separate the first line from the rest of the post and this makes sense.

Fund raising totals for Tinklenberg are up to $700k+, and now the DCCC is planning to spend $1 million in the final couple of weeks to (hopefully) push Tinklenberg over the top. He trailed Bachmann within the margin of error the day before Bachmann channeled McCarthy.
