is proper fucked today. Apparently SBC is having serious latency/ploss issues. Most likely it's only affecting people in this region.
VRY annoyed.

(what the fuck is the internet?)

problems with Level3, Cogent, Sprint, Verizon, and XO (whoever that is) though not as severe.

I'd guess there was an outage somewhere in the backbone.

It's almost completely cleared up now. (SBC is completely fixed. some of the others I listed are getting better all the time)

I use AT&T (formerly SBC) and was having all sorts of issues this morning. Things were working fairly well a few hours ago. I guess that explains things!

Was very odd, we could hit like half of our customers HTTP services at work, and the other half just timed out...even though they're all on the same server (and there was nothing wrong with the server).
