Recipe Request: Kraut Roulade (German Cabbage Rolls)

Anyone have a recipe for these? There is a local German restaurant called Gustav's that has this (and many other) great dishes brought to you by zie Germans. I would much rather get the recipe from someone who actually cooks these things than using zie Google.

I could probably whip something up, as it tastes like German/Swedish meatballs wrapped in cabbage, simmered in tomato stock and served with mashed potatoes. Fucking yum!

I'll have to see if I can coax the recipe out of my grandmother. She requires you to be face to face with her to get any of her recipes, and that wouldn't be so bad if I were not 11 hours away ><
