Video from a dash cam catches all the good stuff in this struggle.

This 15 year old girl was caught violating cerfew. During the arrest attempt, she bit the officer on the hand. He popped her a quick one in the face, then pepper sprayed her.

Now, the stupid bitch should've just done what she was told. She should not have bit the police officer. The pepper spray may have been a bit too much, but I think the officer was within his rights.

I was more worried with the fact he couldn't restrain a 80lb 15 year old girl. He should've taken her to the ground as soon as she was unwilling to give him her other hand.

Then it was his own fault the situation got out of control. It's pretty hard for someone not jacked on PCP, speed, or other such shit to ignore the pain and break their shoulder/elbow joint to escape a properly administered submission hold.

Hmmmm, that girl REALLY should have considered obeying him one of the first 20 times he told her to put her arms behind her back. And he was really struggling to not hurt her, her arms looked like they could break at any time.

Seemed like she thought that refusing to comply would make him give up and go away. I mean, she is only 15 years old. Getting thrown into the hood of a car like that for driving past curfew is practically unheard of where I live. Actually, getting pulled over for driving after curfew is pretty unheard of here.

She wasn't driving. If she was legally driving there would have been and adult in the car and therefore not breaking the curfew, and if she was pulled over more than likely the police car would have been behind her car.

Being 15 doesn't excuse fighting with a cop, she's old enough to know that if police are arresting her that fighting is a bad idea.
