Joking aside, it's about damn time. Not that Federline is much better, but anything is better than her... Except maybe Michael Jackson.

From what I've heard, "K-Fed" may be a shitty rapper and a bit white trashy, but hes a pretty decent dad. Britney on the other hand is an absolutely horrible mother if her ex-body guard is to be believed.

I am no sure what you could be basing this on but getting custody over a complete dope who is completely lost doesn't necessarily mean he's a decent dad just better than a wasted fuckup w/ too much money at her disposal. But I don't know either way, maybe he's a caring and good dad to them.
It should also be said that even as big a mess as Brit is, it's not as if there aren't thousands of similar examples of poor child raising decisions going unnoticed because there's no news related notoriety involved. Doesn't make it any better, but I could see how this "pressure" could make her crack-up
