What the hell? They give you a whole DVD package, but no media to reinstall Office if your HDD goes bad, or (let's say) you're corporate and you install all your machines from a RIS server.

I'm glad I can save them the 50 cents of actually supplying the item I've paid for so that I can play $12 in shipping to get it sent surface mail sometime next fucking month.
