Everglades Seasoning - Good on everything

I'd seen this stuff for years in the local stores, then saw it on a cooking show. Some S Florida bubba was cooking fish and frog legs coated with this stuff and exclaimed "It's good on everything".

Darned if he wasn't right. It's my new all purpose spice, I've put it on everything from white rice to mahi mahi to pot roast and it's very good. Works good as a marinade or just as a straight condiment.

The components don't settle out in the container either, the last little bit tastes the same as the first.
