Cocktails

So I worked as a PA(production assistant) for this rough pilot of a show called 'The Cocktail Spirit'. Basically it's a cooking show about cocktails. This episode is about simple Champagne cocktail, with a bit of general info and history mixed in. There was no budget for it, so I didn't get paid, but if the show goes anywhere then I'll have another gig to do from time to time.

Wow seems like for a pilot they would have wanted to do like Martinis.

I like the idea for the show, though I thought he was a bit of a wanker.

random, but related aside. I have a bartender's book that has a history of the spirits, and a few more famous drinks, but not all.

Anyways, I found it interesting! Good Luck
