Seeking Advice Re: IIS5.0 recovery in IIS6.0

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

Seeking Advice Re: IIS5.0 recovery in IIS6.0

Post by Kylere »

Here is situation, lost the C drive to a functional Windows 2000 Server Running IIS5, Inetpub was stored on the second drive. I was also able to recover the contents of the Cdrive, it was just no longer bootable sigh

I now am presented with a Windows 2003 Server running IIS6 through no fault of my own and want to be able to move the data as easily as possible through the process.

Can anyone even recommend a place to start (besides google damn it)?

Kylere you might laugh at this but if you call Microsoft Professional Support it will cost you $245 and they wont get off the phone until it is fixed, If there was only a way to have Kyoukan's crack whore mom fixed for $245 the world would of been a better place.

Thanks Cart, I have considered that and if I cannot find someone skilled in IIS step in for cash I will. But I am a bloody DB not a web guy. This has me pulling my hair out.
